- ❗ Abstracts may not be edited/updated after final submission.
- 📧 Your abstract is not successfully submitted until you receive a confirmation e-mail after clicking the final submit button. If not, contact us at info@leqaauae.com
- 🖨️ You must bring the printed version of your poster (Size: Width: 95 CM, Height: 120 CM) to the conference venue.
- 💳 If your submission is accepted, you are responsible for registration fees, travel, and accommodation.

🧠 Abstract Preparation
Abstract layout – Abstracts must include the following sections:
- 🔹 Background and Objectives
- 🔹 Methods
- 🔹 Results
- 🔹 Conclusions
The total word count should not exceed 500. Tables and figures can be added, but the total word count must remain below 500 (including tables, figures, and references). References are not obligatory.
🧾 Poster Preparation
- 🖼️ Prepare your Poster as a 1-page slide in landscape orientation in PowerPoint.
- 🖥️ Use a widescreen layout (16:9) – e.g., 13.3×7.5 inches.
- 🧱 You can use 2 to 4 columns maximum.
- 🔤 Use sans-serif fonts (e.g., Arial, Calibri) and font size no smaller than 10pt.
- 📂 Submit both PDF and JPG versions of the poster.
- 👥 Multiple authors can be listed, but only the corresponding author should submit.
